How Our Pricing Works
Our pricing is built around how your business actually operates, not arbitrary tiers or one-size-fits-all packages.
We start by identifying the specific services you need (for example: monthly bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax filings, reporting). From there, we assess the complexity of those services, such as transaction volume, number of employees, accounting method, and reporting requirements.
Once the scope is defined, we prepare a fixed monthly quote and present it in three service tiers. Each tier includes the same core services, but differs in speed, access, reporting depth, and level of support, allowing you to choose how hands-on and responsive you want your accounting support to be.
Simple Pricing. No Surprises.
Frequently Asked Questions
Transparent pricing. Defined scope. No surprises.
Here’s how we structure fees, when cleanup applies, and how pricing evolves as your construction business grows.
-
Pricing is based on business complexity: transaction volume, payroll size, reporting needs, job costing requirements, and how clean your current books are. Revenue alone doesn’t determine price.
-
Flat monthly pricing only. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. You know exactly what your monthly finance function costs.
-
Sometimes. If your books need historical cleanup or system restructuring before we can take over cleanly, that work is scoped separately as a one-time fee. Ongoing monthly service starts once your baseline is solid.
-
As your transaction volume, payroll, or reporting needs increase, pricing is adjusted transparently. This protects service quality instead of quietly overloading your account and degrading results.
-
No, and that’s intentional. We’re not a low-cost data-entry service. You’re paying for structured systems, clean processes, reliable reporting, and a finance function that doesn’t collapse as your business grows.
-
Yes. Most clients start with a core service level and scale up support, reporting depth, and responsiveness as the business grows. Your pricing and scope evolve with you.
