Your proposal will clearly separate pricing into two parts:

Setup or Cleanup Fee

If your books require historical cleanup or system setup before ongoing service can begin, this is scoped separately and shown as a one-time fee in your proposal.

Monthly

Ongoing Service Fee

This is the regular monthly price for your bookkeeping and support, based on the scope of work and service level you choose.
